our programs build  infrastructure
that empowers bipoc communities to
shape their ecological + civic futures

Through a three-tier model, we activate hyperlocal resident co-design processes that center community knowledge in shaping public space and infrastructure, strengthen cross-regional ecosystems that move

resources and tested solutions across frontline communities, and cultivate intergenerational organizer

leadership pipelines rooted in cultural memory, scientific education, and collective care.

cultivating a cultural shift

Grounded in environmental justice, place-based education, mutual reciprocity, and collective

healing, our programs are ensuring that communities most impacted by environmental harm

are not only resourced to participate in change, but to lead the regeneration of their land,

their neighborhoods, and our shared Earth.
